The Annex

Beili Neuadd Annexe is a recently renovated granary and is the ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts.

It is a one bedroom, self contained space, sleeping up to 4 people comfortably. It can be used independently or as extra space for a group using the bunkhouse, therefore providing accomodation for up to 20 people. There is a small private outdoor space with a firepit and from the annexe there are incredible views of the beautiful Mid Wales countryside.

Located near Rhayader in Mid Wales, but far enough from the town to ensure seclusion. We are near the world renowned River Wye with Canoeing and Fishing opportunities and on the doorstep of the beautiful Elan Valley dams often called the Welsh Lake District.

Here you will find a variety of trails for bikes or hikes, with paths for all abilities. The Elan Valley Trail is a short ride of 9 miles or a moderate walk of 3 hours, depending on which direction you take. For the more ambitious the above can be found as part of a 64 mile route, a ride that takes on all the lakes and the outskirts of Rhayader before returning.
